Alicia opened the doors to Redefined Eyes in 2013 with hopes to providing a luxury lash experience to women in Shelby County and its surrounding areas. Since its opening stages in 2013 Alicia has been invested in providing a spa experience that encompasses the total woman.
Now the name change Redefined Day Spa has opened the door for customers to receive full spa facials and massages, non-evasive services to help in weightless, and of course our signature Lash Extension services.

For the safety of all customers we ask that no children accompany our customers.
To limit allergic reactions and sensitivity to smells we as no food or drink be brought into the spa.

To give each customer an amazing experience, please arrive for your appointments on time.
​
Unfortunately, late appointments will be canceled, rescheduled, along with placing another deposit.
All customers receive a 7 minute grace period, all late arrivals past the grace period will need to be rescheduled by the customer.

Deposits are non-refundable, and each appointment requires a sepereate deposits.
Same day cancellations will require another deposit to be paid if the appointment is rescheduled.
